I got this reply from Rukknet support and it fixed my problem where it would not easily fold into the case. Now it does.... Fixing a RukkNet: You should flip one side over onto (on top of) the other side so that net is laying on its side. The two spring steel loops will have a similar shape at this point. You should walk down to the base, as if to start folding it up as normal (this next part may be easier with two people, but I'll explain it as with one person). Grasp the two bottom edges, as in the instructions and start folding it normally by walking backwards pulling the edges with you, albeit keeping the edges lower than normal. The left side edge will want to bow inward more, but don't let it. With the outer edge of your left shoe, push the frame outward forcefully while continuing to pull the bottom edges toward the top of the net. With enough force, the frame will flip back into shape inside the nylon channel. If you have two people, one person can simply pull the inward-bowed, left side outward toward its correct shape and keep it there by stepping on the net with the frame pressing against the outer edge of the shoe (don't step on the frame), while the second person folds the net like the instructions say, again keeping the pulled bottom edges a bit lower during the process than usual. The frame will twist back into the correct shape within the nylon webbing channel, but it is strong spring-steel, so don't be afraid to man-handle it a little...it's pretty durable but finicky sometimes, as is the nature of the material.

I found that if you use a length of rope to pull the screening towards the frame you can then secure the bungees. Great product once it's up and running.
